Course Content

What topics does the course cover?

The training covers five modules: project management concepts, project influences, the role of the project manager, the full project management cycle (planning, scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, stakeholders, procurement and closure), and an Agile projects overview.

How long is the Project Management Fundamentals training?

The programme runs over two days, a total of 16 hours, covering the five-module syllabus through lectures, interactive discussions and hands-on exercises. It can be delivered as full days or split into shorter sessions to suit your schedule.

Does the course cover Agile as well as traditional methods?

Yes. Alongside predictive (plan-based) project management, the course includes an Agile projects overview covering Agile release planning and the Scrum process in brief, so you understand when to apply each approach.
