Change Management Skills You Will BuildModels, Tools and Practice

This programme teaches the models, tools and applied technique behind effective change, mapped to the five topic areas of the Foundation and Practitioner syllabi. By the end, you can guide individuals, lead organisational change and make transformation stick.

    Guide Individuals Through Change

Apply ADKAR and Bridges' Transition Model to help people move through endings, the neutral zone and new beginnings, diagnosing where individual change has stalled and how to restart it.

    Lead Organisational Change

Select and apply Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model and the McKinsey 7-S Framework to plan and drive change at scale, justifying your choice against the organisation's context.

    Engage Stakeholders and Communicate

Map and analyse stakeholders, build tailored engagement strategies, and use Cialdini's principles of influence to design change communication that reduces resistance.

    Assess Impact and Plan Change

Run change impact assessments and build complete change management plans covering communication, training, resistance management and benefit realisation.

    Diagnose and Sustain Culture Change

Read organisational culture with Schein's three levels, identify culture as an enabler or barrier, and embed change so new ways of working last well beyond go-live.

    Apply Emotional Intelligence and Ethics

Use Goleman's emotional intelligence domains, coaching and reflective practice to build trust, navigate conflict and lead change with professional integrity.
