    Pricing

What is included in the course fee?

The training fee typically includes CMBoK-aligned courseware, case studies, mock exams and practice questions, guided preparation for both exams, and learner support. Talk to a learning advisor for a quote tailored to your preferred format.

How much does change management training cost in Winnipeg?

Pricing varies by delivery format and whether you enrol as an individual or a team, so the fee is available on request. Contact us for current pricing and upcoming batches, and ask about group rates for your organisation.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

Exam fees vary by region and purchasing channel and are confirmed separately, so please check current inclusion when you enrol. Your learning advisor can confirm exactly what your package covers before you book.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for change teams, PMOs, HR functions and leadership groups. Request a group quote and we will tailor a programme to your goals.

    Exam

How many exams are in the combined programme?

There are two separate exams. The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions in 40 minutes, closed book, with a 50% pass mark (25 out of 50). The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each (80 total) over 2.5 hours, open book, with a 50% pass mark (40 out of 80).

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam is closed book with 50 single-answer multiple-choice questions to complete in 40 minutes. You need 50%, or 25 correct answers, to pass, and it is usually taken at the end of the Foundation part of the training.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the Practitioner exam. However, the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and solid method knowledge are both essential.

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

You can re-sit the exam you did not pass. Re-sit policies and any fees vary by channel, so confirm the current details when you enrol. Our trainers provide targeted practice and guidance to help you prepare for both exams first time.

Which standard are the exams based on?

The exams are based on the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi, aligned to the current Change Management Practitioner Guide and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute.

    Course Content

Can a beginner take this course?

The course covers five topic areas: change and the individual, change and the organisation, communication and stakeholder engagement, change practice, and personal and professional management, taught at Foundation and applied at Practitioner level.
