    The Practitioner exam is open book and scenario-based, with 5 sections each worth 16 marks, 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50%, which is 40 of 80 marks. The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted.

    What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

    You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. The scenario questions still require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers; efficient navigation and method knowledge both matter.
