    Change Saturation and Resistance

Employees face multiple concurrent changes, driving fatigue and resistance. Organisations need practitioners who can assess readiness and sustain adoption over time.

Skills You Will Build in This ProgrammeApplied Change Capability, End to End

The combined programme builds knowledge at Foundation level and applied capability at Practitioner level across all five syllabus areas. By the end, you can diagnose change, plan interventions, engage stakeholders and drive adoption on real organisational change.

    Guide Individuals Through Change

You will learn how people experience and adapt to change, and how to apply models like ADKAR and Bridges' Transition Model to move individuals from awareness to lasting adoption. You will diagnose where change stalls and design targeted support, motivation and reinforcement.

Lead Change at the Organisational Level

Apply Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model and the McKinsey 7-S Framework to real scenarios. Diagnose organisational culture with Schein's model, assess change readiness, and choose the right approach for the type and pace of change.

    Engage Stakeholders and Communicate Change

Identify and analyse stakeholders using power and interest tools, build engagement strategies, and design communication plans. Apply Cialdini's principles of influence to manage resistance through dialogue rather than pressure.

    Apply Emotional Intelligence and Ethics

Pass Both the Foundation and Practitioner Exams

Prepare for the closed-book Foundation exam with practice questions, and master open-book technique for the scenario-based Practitioner exam, including efficient navigation of the Change Management Practitioner Guide under timed conditions.
