What Does Microsoft Project Training Cover?UntitledYour Route to Confident Project Scheduling
Microsoft Project Training in Costa Rica equips project managers, planners and PMO professionals with the practical skills to plan, schedule and control projects using Microsoft Project, the industry-standard project scheduling application from Microsoft Corporation. This hands-on, instructor-led course builds real software proficiency rather than theory, so you can apply it to live projects from day one. The programme runs at two levels. Microsoft Project Training (MS Project Training) Fundamentals is a 2-day course for new or occasional users, covering project setup, task scheduling, dependencies, resource assignment, baselines and progress tracking. Advanced is a 3-day course for experienced users, extending into resource levelling, cost management, Earned Value, custom reports and multi-project programme management. You can attend either level on its own or progress through both. Because Microsoft Project is the tool most PMP and PRINCE2 practitioners use to put methodology into practice, these skills sit at the heart of project delivery across Costa Rica's life sciences, IT services, construction and shared-services sectors. This is a non-certification course; on completion you receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning.
