    Pricing

How much does PMI-CP training cost in Toronto?

PMI-CP training fees vary by format and provider, so pricing is available on request. The PMI exam fee is billed separately by PMI in USD under regional pricing and is not part of the training fee. Request a quote for current Toronto batches.

What is included in the PMI-CP course fee?

The training fee typically includes PMI-aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams, guidance on the four prerequisite modules and the PMI application, learner support, and a course completion certificate with contact hours. Ask an advisor about your plan.

Is the exam fee included in the training price?

No. PMI bills the PMI-CP exam fee separately in USD under regional pricing. PMI members pay a lower exam fee than non-members, and membership can also reduce renewal costs. Confirm current fees on the PMI store before applying.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for construction teams, PMOs and project departments. Contact us for a tailored group quote for your organisation.

    What payment options are available?

    Exam

How many questions are on the PMI-CP exam and how long is it?

The PMI-CP exam has 120 questions and an allotted time of 230 minutes (3 hours 50 minutes). It is closed book and uses multiple-choice formats, including single-answer and multiple-answer questions.

What are the PMI-CP exam domains and their weights?

The PMI-CP exam covers four domains from the official Examination Content Outline: Contracts Management (50%), Stakeholder Engagement (30%), Strategy and Scope Management (15%) and Project Governance (5%).

What are the prerequisites for the PMI-CP exam?

You must complete all four mandatory self-paced course modules and meet one experience and education set: a secondary diploma with 60 months of construction PM experience, a bachelor's degree with 36 months, or a GAC-accredited degree with 24 months, plus 35 contact hours of PM education.

What is the passing score for the PMI-CP exam?

PMI does not publish a fixed pass mark. Results are determined through psychometric analysis and reported with domain-level feedback of Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so aim for broad mastery across all four domains.

What if I do not pass the exam on the first attempt?

You have up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period from application approval. Re-examination fees apply to the second and third attempts. Our training and practice resources are designed to help you prepare thoroughly for a strong first attempt.

Where can I take the PMI-CP exam in Toronto?

You can sit the PMI-CP exam through Pearson VUE's OnVUE online proctoring from home or office, or at a Pearson VUE test centre in the Greater Toronto Area. Scheduling is done through PMI's portal or the Pearson VUE website.

    Course Content

What topics does the PMI-CP training cover?

The training covers the four PMI-CP domains: Contracts Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategy and Scope Management, and Project Governance. You learn contract administration, change orders, claims, stakeholder engagement, scope, schedule, cost, risk and governance.

Does this training meet the 35 contact hours requirement?

The instructor-led programme provides 32 contact hours, which is close to but below the 35 contact hours of PM education PMI requires. Check with our team on whether supplementary self-study or pre-reading is credited toward the 35-hour requirement.

    What learning resources are provided?

You receive PMI-aligned courseware, references to the PMI-CP Examination Content Outline and Handbook, practice questions, mock exams, and templates. Guidance on the four prerequisite modules and the application is included to support your journey.

Is the courseware aligned to the current PMI-CP ECO?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to PMI's current PMI-CP Examination Content Outline and the current PMBOK Guide, covering the four exam domains and their weightings so your preparation reflects what the exam actually tests.

Are practice questions and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions and full-length mock exams mapped to the 120-question, 230-minute, closed-book PMI-CP format, plus topic-wise checks to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

    Enrollment

What are the eligibility requirements to enrol?

Anyone can enrol in the training. To sit the PMI-CP exam, PMI requires completion of the four self-paced modules plus one experience and education set, along with 35 contact hours of PM education. Our advisors can help you map your eligibility.

How do I enrol in the PMI-CP course?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to a learning advisor to pick the right Toronto batch.

What training formats are available in Toronto?

We offer live virtual (online) instructor-led training, classroom sessions, and customised corporate group training. This lets construction professionals in Toronto choose a format that fits their project schedule and learning preference.

Can I reschedule to another batch?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and selected plans include a pass to attend the training twice. Contact support to arrange a change that suits your schedule.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations follow our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment before your batch begins.
