    Is the PMP certification worth it in Slovakia?

    Yes. Employers across Slovakia's IT services, shared service centres, automotive and BFSI sectors value the PMP, and certified project leaders are in short supply. Project managers in the country average around 43,400 euro gross a year, with senior and programme roles paying considerably more.

    Is the PMP recognised internationally?

    Yes. The PMP is recognised in more than 200 countries and is widely regarded as the global gold standard of project management certification. It is referenced in employer job specifications, client contracts and procurement requirements worldwide, so it travels with you across sectors and borders.

    What are the prerequisites for the PMP?

    There are two paths. With a four-year degree you need 36 months of leading projects plus 35 contact hours of project management education. With a secondary diploma you need 60 months of leading projects plus the same 35 contact hours. This training provides the required contact hours.

    How long is the PMP certification valid?

    The PMP is valid for three years. To maintain it, you earn 60 professional development units (PDUs) across PMI's Talent Triangle within each three-year cycle, reported through PMI's Continuing Certification Requirements system.

    How much does PMP training cost in the Slovak Republic?

    What is included in the PMP course fee?

    The fee typically includes PMI-aligned courseware, 35 contact hours of training, practice questions, mock exams, downloadable templates, application guidance and learner support. The PMI exam fee is billed separately and is not part of the training price.

    How much is the PMP exam fee?

    PMI bills the exam fee separately in USD under regional pricing. For reference, it is around USD 405 for PMI members and USD 555 for non-members; verify current fees at pmi.org. Membership, about USD 139 a year, lowers the exam cost and gives free access to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition.

    Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

    How many questions are on the PMP exam and how long is it?

    The PMP exam has 180 questions and lasts 230 minutes (3 hours 50 minutes), including two 10-minute breaks. It uses multiple question types, including multiple choice, multiple response, matching, hotspot and limited fill-in-the-blank.

    What are the PMP exam domains?

    The updated exam aligned to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition covers five domains: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts (15%), Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies (28%), Agile Frameworks and Methodologies (27%), Business Analysis and Strategic Management (18%), and Stakeholder Engagement and Communication (12%).

    What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

    PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score that is not published as a fixed number. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback of Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so aim for broad mastery across all five domains.

    Where can I take the PMP exam?

    You can sit the exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring from home or office, or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done through PMI's portal or the Pearson VUE website within your one-year eligibility window.

    What if I do not pass on the first attempt?

    You are allowed up to three attempts within the one-year eligibility period from application approval. A reexamination fee applies to the second and third attempts. Our practice questions, mock exams and trainer support are designed to help you prepare thoroughly the first time.

    Yes. Around half of the exam reflects agile and hybrid approaches, and the updated PMBOK Guide 8th Edition outline includes a dedicated agile frameworks domain worth 27%. The training covers Scrum, Kanban, Lean and hybrid delivery alongside predictive methods.

    Which PMBOK Guide edition is the training based on?

    The training is based on the PMBOK Guide Eighth Edition, which is the primary reference for the current PMP Examination Content Outline. You will work with the latest domains, principles and performance areas that the 8th edition brings to the exam.

    Do I need prior experience to take the training?

    You can join the training at any experience level, and it provides the 35 contact hours you need for the PMP application. To sit the exam, though, PMI requires project leadership experience, so the credential is best suited to practising project professionals.

    What learning materials are provided?
