What Is Quality Function Deployment?UntitledThe House of Quality Explained
The Quality Function Deployment Training in Croatia is a practical, one-day skills programme that teaches you how to translate customer requirements into specific design and engineering characteristics using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and its central tool, the House of Quality. It is a hands-on course, not an examination course, so you leave able to apply the method at work straight away. QFD is a customer-driven planning method developed in Japan by Yoji Akao and Shigeru Mizuno and first applied at Mitsubishi's Kobe Shipyard in 1972. Through the four-phase QFD system, from product planning to parts deployment, process planning and production planning, you learn to keep the Voice of the Customer visible and traceable through every design decision. The training suits product designers, design and quality engineers, product managers, R&D professionals and Six Sigma practitioners across Croatia's automotive, pharmaceutical, electronics and manufacturing employers. There are no prerequisites, and on completion you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning. Start building customer-driven design skills with Invensis Learning.
