What Is 7 QC Tools Training?UntitledA Practical Toolkit for Everyday Quality
The 7 QC Tools Training in Croatia is a practical, one-day skills programme that teaches the seven quality control tools professionals use to find, analyse and solve quality problems at work. First formalised by Kaoru Ishikawa in the 1960s, the 7 QC Tools (Seven Quality Control Tools) are the Cause-and-Effect (Fishbone) Diagram, Check Sheet, Control Chart, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Scatter Diagram and Stratification or Flow Chart. These tools sit at the heart of ISO 9001, Six Sigma DMAIC, Total Quality Management and Lean, and are applied daily across Croatia's manufacturing, automotive, pharmaceutical and food and beverage sectors. The training is hands-on: every tool is taught through worked examples and practical exercises, so you can use it immediately. Ishikawa believed roughly 95 per cent of quality problems can be solved with these seven tools alone. This is a non-certification course with no examination; you build real workplace capability and receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning. It is ideal for quality engineers, production supervisors and process improvement practitioners who want a shared, practical problem-solving language.
