How many questions are on the PgMP exam and how long is it?

The exam has 170 questions and an allotted time of four hours (240 minutes). Questions include single-answer and multiple-answer multiple-choice formats.

What are the PgMP exam domains and their weights?

Five domains: Strategic Program Management (11%), Program Life Cycle Management (44%), Benefits Management (11%), Stakeholder Engagement (16%) and Governance (18%). The training maps directly to these weights.

What is the PgMP panel review?

The panel review is a multi-rater assessment unique to the PgMP. A panel of programme management practitioners evaluates your documented experience and competency. It is a mandatory step in addition to the written exam, and both must be passed to earn the credential.

What is the passing score and how many attempts do I get?

PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score that is not published as a fixed number, with results reported against each domain. You get up to three attempts within the one-year eligibility period from application approval.

Where can I take the PgMP exam in Quebec City?

You can sit the exam online through Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring from home or office, or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done through Pearson VUE or the PMI portal within your eligibility window.

Will I receive a certificate of completion?

What are the eligibility requirements for the PgMP?

PMI offers three sets. With a secondary diploma you need 48 months of project management experience or a PMP, plus 84 months of programme experience. With a bachelor's degree the programme requirement drops to 48 months, and 36 months from a GAC-accredited degree, all within the past 15 years.

How do I enrol in the PgMP course?
