    You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning after finishing the one-day programme. No external credential is awarded, as this is a practical skills course rather than a certification.

    How is my learning assessed during the course?

    There is no formal assessment. Instead, you apply Lean tools through practical exercises, such as waste walks, value stream mapping, 5S assessment, OEE calculation and kanban sizing, so you build capability by doing throughout the session.

    Is this a certification course?

    No. Lean Manufacturing training is a non-certification skills programme focused on practical knowledge and workplace application. It builds a comprehensive Lean toolkit you can use immediately on the shop floor.

    Will the skills expire or need renewal?

    No. The Lean skills you learn do not expire and require no renewal. Once you can run waste walks, map value streams, apply 5S and lead Kaizen, those capabilities stay with you and apply directly to your work.

    The syllabus covers Lean foundations and the Toyota Production System, the eight wastes, value stream mapping, 5S and visual management, pull systems, kanban and Just-in-Time, TPM and OEE, standard work, SMED, Heijunka, poka yoke and building a Kaizen culture.

    Yes. Hands-on exercises run throughout the day, including Gemba-based waste identification, value stream data collection, 5S workplace assessment, OEE calculation and kanban quantity exercises, so you practise each tool on realistic production scenarios.

    Which Lean tools are taught in the course?

    You learn value stream mapping, 5S, kanban and pull systems, Just-in-Time, Total Productive Maintenance, OEE, standard work, SMED quick changeover, Heijunka production levelling, poka yoke and A3 problem solving, drawn from the full Lean toolkit.

    You receive structured courseware covering all six Lean modules, along with templates, exercise worksheets, case study examples and reference materials to support learning during and after the programme.
