    You will work with Value Stream Mapping, SIPOC, the Deming circle (PDCA), 5S, Heijunka, Kanban and visual management, Voice of the Customer and Critical to Quality, Kaizen and the DMAIC model, plus the Shingo model for Lean leadership.

    You will be able to identify and eliminate waste in IT processes, map value streams, focus work on customer value, measure performance, and run continuous improvement using Kaizen and DMAIC to raise IT service quality and speed.
