    Yes. You model real processes in BPMN 2.0 from verbal descriptions, run process analysis and waste-identification exercises, and apply redesign principles in hands-on workshops throughout the day.

    What is the BPM lifecycle I will learn?

    You will learn the six phases of the BPM lifecycle: identify, model, analyse, design, implement and monitor or optimise. The course shows how these fit together as a continuous cycle rather than a one-off improvement project.

    You receive structured courseware covering all six modules, plus process modelling exercises, analysis templates, case examples and reference materials to support your learning during and after the session.
