The course covers Lean principles applied to IT across eight modules: introduction to Lean, focusing on the customer, improving existing processes, enhancing operational performance, organisation, behaviour and attitude, Lean IT leadership and Lean IT Kaizen.

What Lean tools will I learn to use?

You learn value stream mapping, SIPOC, the five Lean principles, muda, mura and muri, the Deming circle (PDCA), Voice of the Customer and Critical to Quality, 5S, Heijunka, Kanban, KPIs, the Shingo model and the DMAIC and Kaizen approaches.

What learning materials are provided?

You receive EXIN-accredited Lean IT courseware, a study guide created by subject matter experts, 50+ chapter-end quizzes, practical exercises and industry-driven case studies to support hands-on learning.

Is the course practical or just theory?

It is highly practical. Interactive, instructor-led sessions combine clear instruction with exercises and real IT case studies, so you practise applying Lean tools rather than only learning concepts.
