    Do I get a certificate after the course?

    How is my learning assessed?

    Fundamentals builds core P6 scheduling skills for new or occasional users. Advanced is for experienced users and covers resource and cost loading, earned value management, Claim Digger, multi-project control and custom reporting. Most learners start with Fundamentals.

    Are the sessions hands-on?

    Yes. Every module is taught with live Primavera P6 exercises on realistic construction, engineering and capital project scenarios. You follow along in P6 as the instructor demonstrates each feature, so you build practical fluency, not just theory.

    Does the course cover earned value management?

    Yes, at the Advanced level. You learn to cost-load a schedule and calculate and report earned value metrics such as BCWS, BCWP, ACWP, SPI, CPI, EAC and TCPI directly from P6, then generate the earned value S-curve for performance reporting.
