    Is there an exam for JIRA training?

    No. JIRA training is a non-certification course, so there is no examination at either level. Learning is reinforced through hands-on Jira exercises and configuration activities throughout the course.

    Do I receive a certificate after JIRA training?

    Yes. You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning after finishing the Fundamentals or Advanced programme. It recognises the practical Jira skills you have built; it is not an external certification, as none exists for this training.

    How are skills assessed during the course?

    There is no formal assessment. Instead, you learn by doing: you follow live demonstrations and complete practical exercises in a real Jira environment, building proficiency through realistic Agile delivery scenarios.

    Is JIRA training an official Atlassian certification?

    No. This is vendor-neutral skills training built around Atlassian Jira, and it is not an official Atlassian certification. The focus is practical, on-the-job capability in using and configuring Jira effectively.

    Does the course cover JQL and reporting?

    Yes. Fundamentals introduces filters and basic Jira Query Language (JQL) alongside velocity, burndown and cumulative flow reports. Advanced covers complex JQL, including the CHANGED and WAS operators, and building team and management dashboards.

    Does the Advanced level cover administration and automation?

    Yes. Advanced covers workflow configuration, permission and notification schemes, custom fields, no-code Jira automation rules, integrations with Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub and CI/CD tools, and Jira administration including user management and governance.

    Do I need my own Jira access for the course?

    You should have access to a Jira environment for practice. Atlassian offers a free Jira Cloud trial for up to 10 users. When you enquire, we will confirm whether a shared training environment is provided for your session.

    How do I enrol in JIRA training in Luxembourg?
