    The programme covers six areas: Six Sigma history and philosophy, key concepts and terminology, the DMAIC methodology, Six Sigma roles and structure, an awareness-level look at the core tools, and Lean Six Sigma in practice, all in a single one-day session.

    What is DMAIC and is it covered?

    Yes. DMAIC stands for Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control, the five-phase Six Sigma roadmap for improving existing processes. The course walks through each phase and its tollgate, so you understand what happens at every stage of a project.

    Does the course cover Lean Six Sigma?

    Yes. The final module introduces Lean Six Sigma, the combination of Lean waste elimination with Six Sigma variation reduction, and shows how Lean tools such as value stream mapping, 5S and Kaizen complement the DMAIC methodology.
