Do I receive a certificate after the course?

You receive a course completion record from Invensis Learning after finishing the programme. It is not a certification from an external awarding body, because RCA training has no governing body or exam; it recognises that you completed the practical training.

How are my skills assessed during the training?

There is no formal assessment. Instead, you apply each tool through practical exercises, such as an Is/Is Not problem definition, a 5 Whys investigation, a Fishbone workshop and an 8D report, so you leave able to use the methods on real problems.

No. RCA is a practical, vendor-neutral discipline with no single governing body or accreditation, so the course builds capability rather than awarding a credential. The skills are immediately applicable and do not expire.

What will I learn in the RCA course?

How long is the RCA training?

The course is delivered as a one-day, eight-hour programme covering all six modules, from RCA principles and problem definition through the core tools to corrective action and building an RCA culture, with hands-on exercises throughout.
