What You Gain from a Solid Foundation in Project ManagementUntitledSkills You Can Apply from Day One
Project Management Fundamentals Training in Botswana is a practical, foundation-level programme that teaches the essential principles, processes and tools of project management across the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and control, and closure. Delivered by Invensis Learning as an instructor-led course, it gives aspiring project managers, team leaders and coordinators in Gaborone and across Botswana a clear grounding in how real projects are planned and delivered. The curriculum spans five modules covering project management concepts, project influences, the role of the project manager, the project management cycle, and an overview of Agile projects. You learn to manage scope, schedule, cost, resources, quality, risk and stakeholders, and to work across predictive, Agile and business-analysis approaches so you can contribute confidently to any project-driven organisation. This is a skills course, not a certification. It is not tied to any accrediting body and has no examination. Over two days (16 hours), you build capability through lectures, discussions and hands-on exercises, and receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning that recognises your learning. It also lays a strong base if you later choose to pursue CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2.
