    Pricing

What is included in the PMP course fee?

The training fee typically includes PMI-aligned courseware built on the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition, 35 contact hours, practice questions, mock exams, an exam simulator, and application guidance. Speak with a learning advisor for a quote tailored to your chosen format.

How much does PMP training cost in Bermuda?

Training pricing depends on the format you choose, such as live online or corporate group training, and is available on request. The PMI exam fee is billed separately by PMI in USD under regional pricing. Request a quote for current figures.

How much is the PMP exam fee?

PMI bills the exam fee directly in USD under regional pricing, and members pay less than non-members. PMI individual membership also lowers the exam and renewal costs. Confirm the current amounts on pmi.org before you apply.

Do you offer corporate or group pricing?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for PMOs, delivery teams and departments across Bermuda. Contact us for a tailored group quote.

    Exam

How long is the PMP exam and how many questions?

The PMP exam has 180 questions and lasts 230 minutes (3 hours 50 minutes), including two 10-minute scheduled breaks. It uses multiple question formats: multiple choice, multiple response, matching, hotspot and limited fill-in-the-blank.

What are the eligibility requirements for the PMP?

There are two paths. With a four-year degree you need 36 months leading projects plus 35 contact hours of project management education. With a secondary diploma you need 60 months leading projects plus the same 35 contact hours, which this training provides.

What domains does the PMP exam cover?

Aligned to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition, the exam covers five domains: Project Management Fundamentals and Core Concepts, Predictive Plan-Based Methodologies, Agile Frameworks, Business Analysis and Strategic Management, and Stakeholder Engagement and Communication.

What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. The result is set through psychometric analysis, and performance is reported by domain as Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so aim for broad mastery across all five domains.

Where can I take the PMP exam and can I retake it?

You can sit the exam online through Pearson VUE OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre. PMI allows up to three attempts within a one-year eligibility period, and re-examination fees apply to the second and third attempts.

    Course Content

Can a project professional with limited agile experience take this?

Yes. The training builds both predictive and agile knowledge from the ground up, so you do not need prior agile experience. You do need real project leadership experience to meet PMI's eligibility requirements for the exam.

What topics are covered in the PMP training?

The course covers the five domains of the current Examination Content Outline: fundamentals and core concepts, predictive plan-based delivery, agile and hybrid frameworks, business analysis and strategic value, and stakeholder engagement and communication, plus exam strategy and application support.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes scenario-based practice questions, full-length mock exams and an exam simulator that mirror the 180-question format, helping you identify weak areas and build readiness before exam day.

Is the courseware aligned with the latest PMP syllabus?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to the PMBOK Guide Eighth Edition and PMI's current Examination Content Outline, so you study the same content the exam assesses.

Will I receive the 35 contact hours needed to apply?

Yes. On completing the training you receive a certificate confirming the project management education hours that count toward PMI's 35 contact hours requirement for the PMP application.

    Enrollment

How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website and choose an upcoming batch that fits your schedule. Select your preferred format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and learning resources. Talk to an advisor to see the next available cohorts.

What training formats are available in Bermuda?

We offer instructor-led online (live virtual) training, classroom sessions where available, and customised corporate group training. Bermuda-based professionals most often choose live online training so they can learn around work commitments.

Do I need to be a PMI member to enrol?

No. PMI membership is not required to take the training. Membership does lower the PMI exam fee and gives free access to the PMBOK Guide, so many candidates join before booking the exam. We can guide you on the options.

Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment?

Yes. Selected plans let you reschedule or transfer to another batch, and some include a pass to attend the training twice. Contact our support team to arrange the option that applies to your enrolment.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations follow our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment before you book.
