    What does the Fundamentals level cover?

    Fundamentals covers navigating Jira, creating Scrum, Kanban and business projects, the Epic, Story, Task, Bug and Subtask hierarchy, issue management, sprints, the Kanban board, roadmaps, versions, components, filters, basic JQL and core agile reports, across 16 hours.

    What does the Advanced level cover?

    Advanced covers workflow design with conditions, validators and post-functions, permission, notification, screen and field schemes, custom fields, advanced JQL, dashboards, Jira automation, integrations with Confluence, Bitbucket and CI/CD tools, and Jira administration, across 24 hours.

    Is the training hands-on?

    Yes. Both levels are delivered as instructor-led training with live Jira exercises throughout. You follow along in a Jira environment while the trainer demonstrates each feature, using realistic agile delivery scenarios so you build practical skill.

    How long is each level?

    Fundamentals is delivered over 16 hours and Advanced over 24 hours. Both are available as full-day sessions or extended half-day formats. Confirm the current scheduling options for Bermuda with a learning advisor.

    What is JQL and is it covered?

    JQL, or Jira Query Language, is Jira's structured way of searching issues using precise, combinable criteria. Fundamentals introduces basic JQL and filters, while Advanced covers advanced techniques such as ORDER BY, time-based functions and the CHANGED and WAS operators.
