    What is included in the PgMP course fee?

    The training fee typically includes PMI-aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams, exam simulator access, downloadable templates, application and panel-review support, learner support, and a course completion certificate with contact hours.

    Is the PMI exam fee included in the training price?

    No. PMI bills the PgMP exam fee separately in US dollars. For reference it is around USD 800 for PMI members and USD 1,000 for non-members, and figures may change, so verify on pmi.org. The Bermudian dollar is pegged one-to-one to the US dollar.

    What is the format of the PgMP exam?

    The PgMP exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination based on the PgMP Examination Content Outline and The Standard for Program Management, Fourth Edition. It is delivered via Pearson VUE OnVUE online proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre.

    How many questions are on the PgMP exam and how long is it?

    The PgMP exam has 170 questions and an allotted time of four hours. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback of Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, rather than a fixed percentage score.

    What are the PgMP exam domains and their weights?

    There are five performance domains: Strategic Program Management (11%), Program Life Cycle Management (44%), Benefits Management (11%), Stakeholder Engagement (16%) and Governance (18%). The training covers all five, aligned to the current PgMP Examination Content Outline.

    What is the PgMP panel review?

    The panel review is a multi-rater assessment unique to the PgMP. A panel of programme management practitioners evaluates your documented experience and competency. It is a mandatory step in addition to the written exam, and both must be passed to earn the credential.

    What happens if I do not pass the exam first time?

    PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period from application approval. Re-examination fees apply to the second and third attempts, so confirm the current amounts on pmi.org, and use the included practice resources to prepare thoroughly.

    What topics are covered in the PgMP training?

    The training covers the five PgMP performance domains: Strategic Program Management, Program Life Cycle Management, Benefits Management, Stakeholder Engagement and Governance, plus PMI application guidance, panel-review preparation and exam strategy.

    Which standard and edition is the course aligned to?

    The courseware is aligned to PMI's The Standard for Program Management, Fourth Edition, and the current PgMP Examination Content Outline. This keeps your preparation matched to what the exam actually assesses across the five programme management domains.

    Are practice tests, mock exams and assignments included?

    Yes. The programme includes 1000+ practice questions, full-length mock exams, an exam simulator and topic-wise quizzes to help you identify weak areas and build readiness for the 170-question, four-hour exam.

    Do I need PMP before taking PgMP?

    No. An active PMP is not mandatory. However, an active PMP satisfies the project management experience requirement across all three PgMP eligibility sets, so PMP holders only need to document their programme management experience.

    Will I receive a certificate of completion after the training?

    Yes. After meeting the course requirements you receive a course completion certificate along with the contact hours earned through the programme, which also count as PDUs toward maintaining PMI credentials.

    What are the eligibility requirements for the PgMP exam?

    PMI offers three sets. With a secondary diploma: four years of project management experience or PMP, plus seven years of programme management experience. With a four-year degree: four years of each. Experience must fall within the past 15 years, and a panel review applies.

    How do I enrol in the PgMP course?

    What training formats are available in Bermuda?
