    Who should take PMI-CP training in Ukraine?

    It suits construction project managers, site and project engineers moving into project management, owner's representatives and construction consultants who want a globally recognised construction credential as Ukraine's reconstruction and infrastructure work scales.

    Is the PMI-CP recognised internationally?

    Yes. As a PMI credential, PMI-CP is recognised across more than 200 countries and is valued by the international contractors and donors active in Ukraine's reconstruction and infrastructure projects.

    Is PMP required before PMI-CP?

    No. PMP is not a prerequisite for PMI-CP. The two are complementary: PMP covers general project management while PMI-CP validates construction-specific expertise. Many construction professionals hold both credentials.

    How long is the PMI-CP certification valid?

    PMI-CP is valid for three years. You maintain it by earning 60 PDUs across the PMI Talent Triangle within each three-year cycle, with a minimum of 8 PDUs in each of the three areas.

    Is PMI-CP worth it for construction leaders?

    What is the format of the PMI-CP exam?

    The PMI-CP exam is closed book with 120 questions in multiple-choice formats, including single-answer and multiple-answer items. It is based on the PMI-CP Examination Content Outline and delivered through Pearson VUE.

    How many questions and how long is the PMI-CP exam?

    The exam has 120 questions and you have 230 minutes, which is 3 hours 50 minutes, to complete it.

    What domains does the PMI-CP exam cover?

    Four domains, per the official PMI-CP ECO: Contracts Management (50%), Stakeholder Engagement (30%), Strategy and Scope Management (15%) and Project Governance (5%).

    What are the prerequisites for the PMI-CP exam?

    You must complete four mandatory self-paced PMI modules, 56 PDUs in total, and meet one experience set: a secondary diploma with 60 months, a bachelor's degree with 36 months, or a GAC-accredited degree with 24 months of construction PM experience, plus 35 contact hours of PM education.

    Where can I take the exam and how many attempts do I get?

    You can sit it online via Pearson VUE OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre. You get up to three attempts within a one-year eligibility period from application approval.

    Is there a fixed passing score for PMI-CP?

    No. PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score rather than a fixed percentage. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level performance feedback.

    What will I learn in PMI-CP training?

    You will learn construction contract management, stakeholder engagement, scope and change control, and risk and governance, mapped to the four PMI-CP ECO domains and underpinned by the current edition of the PMBOK Guide.

    Do I need prior experience to take the training?

    You can join the training at any stage, but sitting the PMI-CP exam requires construction project management experience and completion of PMI's four prerequisite modules. Our advisors can check your eligibility.

    What are the four mandatory PMI-CP modules?

    Project Communications, Interface Management, Scope and Change Order Management, and Contract and Risk Management. Each is a self-paced 6 to 10 hour module awarding 14 PDUs, 56 in total, and must be completed before you apply.

    Are practice tests and mock exams included?

    Yes. The programme includes scenario-based practice questions and full-length mock exams mapped to the 120-question PMI-CP format, so you can find and close gaps before exam day.

    Is the courseware aligned to the current PMI-CP standard?

    Yes. The courseware follows the current PMI-CP Examination Content Outline and is underpinned by the current edition of the PMBOK Guide and construction industry standards.

    Does this training meet the 35 contact hour requirement?
