    Course Content

    What does the Fundamentals level cover?

    Fundamentals is a 2-day (16-hour) programme covering the enterprise project structure (EPS, OBS, WBS), activity creation, calendars, relationships, scheduling, the critical path and float, resource assignment, baselines, progress updating and basic reporting.

    What does the Advanced level cover?

    Advanced is a 3-day (24-hour) programme covering advanced scheduling options, resource and cost loading, cost accounts, earned value management, baseline management and Claim Digger, multi-project and portfolio control, and custom reporting with Excel integration.

    Do I need prior experience to join?

    No prior P6 experience is needed for Fundamentals; familiarity with basic project concepts helps but is not required. For Advanced, you should have completed Fundamentals or have equivalent hands-on Primavera P6 experience.

    Is the training hands-on?

    Yes. Both levels are taught with live Primavera P6 demonstrations and hands-on exercises using realistic construction and capital project scenarios, so you learn by doing.
