What Is Scrum Fundamentals Training?UntitledYour Entry Point into Agile
Scrum Fundamentals Training in Rwanda is a foundation-level programme that gives professionals a clear, practical understanding of the Scrum framework, the lightweight Agile approach used to deliver complex products through small, self-organising, cross-functional teams. Across two days (16 hours) of interactive, instructor-led sessions, you learn Scrum theory, the six Scrum principles, the five Scrum aspects and the five Scrum processes, together with how Scrum roles, events and artefacts connect to deliver value iteratively. The course suits project managers, team leaders, developers, product owners, business analysts and senior managers across Rwanda who want to adopt Agile ways of working. There are no prerequisites; some basic awareness of Agile is helpful but not required, as the training covers the fundamentals from first principles. Learning is reinforced through real-world examples, industry-driven case studies, interactive exercises and retrospective sessions rather than an examination. On completion you receive a certificate of completion from Invensis Learning, and the skills apply immediately in your workplace. Start building your Agile delivery capability with Invensis Learning.
