    How long is the QFD training?

    The program runs for one day, a total of 8 hours, and can also be delivered as two half-day sessions. It covers all six QFD modules with concept explanations, real-world examples and hands-on House of Quality exercises throughout.

    Are there hands-on exercises in the course?

    Yes. You build a full House of Quality from a realistic product or service scenario, run a Kano classification, structure Voice of the Customer data with an affinity diagram, and calculate column importance, so you leave able to apply the tools at work.

    Does the course cover QFD for services and software?

    Yes. While QFD began in manufacturing, the course shows how to apply it to service design in healthcare and financial services, and to software, where user requirements are translated into architecture and test criteria.
