Does this course prepare me for Six Sigma projects?

Yes. Minitab is the standard tool for the Measure and Analyse phases of DMAIC, so the skills map directly to Green Belt and Black Belt project work, even though the course itself awards no certification.

Course Content

What topics does the Minitab training cover?

The course spans six modules: data management, descriptive statistics and graphs, hypothesis testing, statistical process control, process capability analysis, and regression with Gauge R&R. Every topic is taught through live Minitab exercises.

How long is the training?

The programme runs for one day, around eight hours, covering all six modules with hands-on exercises. It can also be delivered as two half-days depending on the schedule.

Are the sessions hands-on?

Yes. You follow along in Minitab while the trainer demonstrates each function, working with realistic quality and process datasets. Proficiency comes from practising the exercises, not passive observation.

What will I be able to do after the course?

You will be able to import and manage data, create quality graphs, run t-tests, ANOVA and chi-square tests, build control charts, run capability analysis, and perform regression and Gauge R&R studies in Minitab.

Do I need Minitab installed before the training?

Yes. You should have Minitab statistical software available on your device so you can complete the exercises. A learning advisor can confirm software and version requirements before you start.
