Your Practical Foundation in Project ManagementUntitledWhat the Course Covers
Project Management Fundamentals training in Mongolia is a foundation-level course that teaches the core principles, processes and tools used to run projects from start to finish. Delivered by Invensis Learning, the Project Management Fundamentals (PMF) programme covers the full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. Over a practical two-day, 16-hour programme you work through five modules covering project management concepts, project influences, the role of the project manager, the project management cycle, and an overview of Agile projects. You also build a grounding in predictive plan-based methods, Agile frameworks and business-analysis basics, so you can contribute to any project-driven team. As Mongolia's mining, construction, finance and digital-government projects expand, employers in Ulaanbaatar and beyond increasingly value people who understand structured project delivery. The course has no prerequisites and suits anyone whose work supports projects. On completion you receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning and a strong base for later credentials such as CAPM, PMP or PRINCE2.
