Frequently Asked QuestionsHere's everything you may ask...

Yes. Change management is a valued discipline across Lithuania's global business services, banking, fintech and manufacturing sectors, where continuous transformation drives demand for certified professionals. Change and transformation manager roles average around EUR 60,000 a year, and holding both Foundation and Practitioner helps you qualify for and progress into them.

    General

Is the Change Management certification worth it in Lithuania?

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a combined, two-level qualification for the people side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change management concepts and models; Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real organisational change scenarios. It is grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute.

Who should take this change management course?

It suits change managers, project and programme managers, HR business partners, organisational development practitioners, consultants and senior leaders sponsoring change. Anyone involved in organisational change who wants a recognised credential and practical models such as ADKAR and Kotter will benefit.

    Is this certification recognised internationally?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised in over 150 countries and is well respected across the UK, Europe and Australia, including Lithuania's international employers in GBS, banking and fintech.

Do I need prior change management experience?

No. Foundation has no formal prerequisites and is open to all. Practitioner requires the Foundation certification first, but no formal work experience, so beginners can complete the full pathway.

    Pricing

How much does the change management training cost in Lithuania?

Fees vary by delivery format and schedule, so pricing is available on request. The combined package typically covers training, courseware and preparation for both exams. Contact a learning advisor for a current quote or ask about corporate group pricing.

What is included in the course fee?

The programme typically includes instructor-led training across all five syllabus areas, courseware aligned to the official syllabi and the CMBoK, case studies, mock exams and practice questions for both levels, and learner support. Verify exam voucher inclusion when you enrol.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

Exam voucher inclusion varies by package and region, so confirm this when you enrol. Some packages bundle both the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers; others price them separately. Ask a learning advisor for the current inclusions.

Do you offer group or corporate discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for transformation offices, PMOs and HR teams. Request a tailored quote for your team.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major credit and debit cards and bank transfers, and offer instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions in a single-answer format, lasts 40 minutes and is closed book. The passing score is 50%, which is 25 out of 50 correct. It is typically taken at the end of Foundation training via online proctoring or an authorised test centre.

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book, with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted. It has 5 scenario-based sections each worth 16 marks, 80 marks in total, and lasts 2.5 hours. The passing score is 50%, which is 40 out of 80 marks.

What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

You need the Change Management Foundation certification, or an accepted equivalent, before sitting Practitioner. Foundation itself has no prerequisites, so the combined programme takes you through both in sequence.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam, but the scenario-based sections require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient navigation of the guide and deep understanding of the models are both essential.

What if I do not pass an exam the first time?

You can re-sit the exam you did not pass. Our trainers provide guidance and structured practice aimed at helping you clear both the Foundation and Practitioner exams on the first attempt, and support is available for re-sit planning. Confirm re-sit policy and any fees when you enrol.

    Course Content

What topics are covered in the syllabus?

The programme covers five syllabus areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organisation, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management. Foundation covers them at knowledge level and Practitioner at application and analysis level.

Which change management models will I learn?

You will work with ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence, and apply them to realistic scenarios.

Can a beginner take this course?

Yes. Foundation is open to everyone with no prior experience required, and the training builds up from concepts to application. The combined programme is a supported route for newcomers to reach Practitioner level.

    What learning resources are provided?

You receive courseware aligned to the official syllabi and the CMBoK, industry-driven case studies, practice questions and mock exams for both levels, and open-book technique practice for the Practitioner exam.

How long is the training programme?

The combined instructor-led programme runs to 40 hours in total, typically covering Foundation content first and Practitioner content after. The number of days depends on the schedule format you choose.

    Enrollment

How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website, choose your preferred format and schedule, and gain access to courseware and resources. Live virtual cohorts run regularly for learners in Lithuania. See upcoming schedules or talk to a learning advisor to get started.

What training formats are available in Lithuania?

We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom sessions, and customised corporate group training. This lets you choose the format that fits your schedule and team, whether you are in Vilnius, Kaunas or elsewhere.

Can I reschedule or transfer my enrolment?

Yes. Flexi options let you reschedule or transfer to another batch on selected plans. Contact support to arrange this.

What is the refund or cancellation policy?

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our published policy, and selected plans include a money-back option. Reach out to our team for the details that apply to your enrolment.

Is corporate training available for our team?

Yes. We deliver tailored corporate training onsite or live virtual for transformation offices, PMOs and HR teams across Lithuania, with schedules and scenarios aligned to your organisation. Request a group quote to begin.
