    What if I do not pass the PMP exam on the first try?

    You have up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period from application approval. Our mock exams and practice questions are designed to build readiness, and reexamination fees apply to the second and third attempts.

    How many questions are on the PMP exam and how long is it?

    The PMP exam has 180 questions and lasts 230 minutes (3 hours 50 minutes), including two 10-minute scheduled breaks. It uses multiple question types, including multiple choice, matching, hotspot and limited fill-in-the-blank.

    What are the PMP exam domains?

    The current exam, aligned to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition, has five domains: Project Management Fundamentals (15%), Predictive Methodologies (28%), Agile Frameworks (27%), Business Analysis and Strategic Management (18%), and Stakeholder Engagement and Communication (12%).

    What is the passing score for the PMP exam?

    PMI uses a psychometrically determined passing score and does not publish a fixed percentage. Results are reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback, so aim for broad mastery across all five domains.

    Where can I take the PMP exam?

    You can sit the exam online via Pearson VUE's OnVUE proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Scheduling is done through the Pearson VUE website or the PMI portal within your eligibility period.

    What are the eligibility requirements for the PMP exam?

    Two paths apply: a four-year degree plus 36 months leading projects and 35 contact hours of project management education, or a secondary diploma plus 60 months leading projects and 35 contact hours. All applicants must complete the 35 contact hours.

    Can a beginner take PMP training?

    You can join the training to build knowledge and earn the 35 contact hours, but the PMP exam requires prior project experience (36 or 60 months depending on your education). If you are newer to the field, the CAPM certification may be a better first step.

    What topics does the PMP training cover?

    The training covers the five performance domains of the current ECO: project fundamentals, predictive plan-based methodologies, agile frameworks, business analysis and strategic management, and stakeholder engagement, all aligned to the PMBOK Guide 8th Edition.

    Does the PMP course cover agile?

    Yes. About half of the exam reflects agile or hybrid approaches, and the current outline includes a dedicated Agile Frameworks domain (27%). You learn Scrum, Kanban and Lean alongside predictive methods so you can tailor delivery to each project.

    Does the course provide the 35 contact hours needed to apply?
