The Foundation exam has 60 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes. It is closed book, and the passing score is 60 percent, meaning 36 of 60 correct. It tests your knowledge and comprehension of the PRINCE2 7 method.

What is the format of the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam has 56 questions and sub-questions worth 70 marks, over 150 minutes. It is open book, with the PRINCE2 manual permitted, and the passing score is 60 percent, meaning 42 of 70 marks. It uses scenario-based questions that test applying and tailoring PRINCE2.

How many exams are in the combined programme?

There are two separate PeopleCert exams, Foundation and Practitioner. You must sit and pass both to hold both credentials. The combined training prepares you for each, with Foundation typically taken before Practitioner.

What are the prerequisites for the PRINCE2 exams?
