    The PgMP exam has 170 multiple-choice questions and an allotted time of four hours (240 minutes). It is closed book and delivered via Pearson VUE OnVUE online proctoring or at a Pearson VUE test centre.

    The exam covers five performance domains: Strategic Program Management (11%), Program Life Cycle Management (44%), Benefits Management (11%), Stakeholder Engagement (16%) and Governance (18%), based on the PgMP Examination Content Outline.

    What is the PgMP panel review?

    The panel review is a multi-rater assessment unique to the PgMP. A panel of programme management practitioners evaluates your documented programme experience and competency. It is a mandatory step in addition to the written exam, and both must be passed to earn the credential.

    What is the passing score for the PgMP exam?

    PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. The result is determined through psychometric analysis, with domain-level feedback reported as Above Target, Target, Below Target or Needs Improvement, so focus on broad mastery across all five domains.

    What if I do not pass the exam on the first attempt?

    PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. Reexamination fees apply to the second and third attempts; confirm the current amounts on the PMI store. Our practice resources and trainer support are built to help you pass with confidence.

    You can attend the training at any stage, but the PgMP exam itself requires substantial experience. The course helps senior professionals consolidate knowledge, document their programme experience, and prepare for both the exam and the panel review.

    What learning resources are provided?

    You receive PMI-aligned courseware, references to the PgMP Examination Content Outline and Handbook, a Standard for Program Management overview, practice questions, mock exams, templates, flashcards and topic-wise quizzes.

    Will I receive a certificate of completion after the training?

    Yes. After meeting the course requirements you receive a course completion certificate along with the contact hours earned through the programme, which support your PMI application and continuing certification.

    What are the eligibility requirements for the PgMP exam?

    PMI offers three sets. With a secondary diploma: 48 months of project management experience or an active PMP, plus 84 months of programme management experience. With a four-year degree: 48 months each. All experience must fall within the last 15 years, and a panel review is required.

    How do I enrol in the PgMP course?
