What Is Driving Change Management Demand in Jordan

    Digital Transformation Outpacing Adoption

Jordan's banks and government bodies are rolling out digital services faster than employees adopt them. Certified change practitioners close the gap between new systems and real behaviour change.

Foundation and Practitioner training builds adoption skills

    Resistance to Public-Sector Modernisation

E-government and public sector modernisation meet real resistance from staff and citizens. Structured change management builds the engagement and communication needed to earn buy-in.

    Learn to drive stakeholder buy-in

    Scarce Certified Change Talent

Jordan's talent pool is deep in project managers but thin in credentialed change professionals. A recognised Foundation and Practitioner credential makes holders rare and sought-after.

Stand out with a recognised credential

    Banking and Telecom Restructuring

Regulatory pressure and competition push banks and telecom operators to restructure. Whether these changes succeed depends heavily on how well the people side is managed.

Master the people side of change

Embedding Culture Change as Firms Scale

Growing pharmaceutical, logistics and ICT firms must embed new ways of working, not just launch them. Change practice skills help make new behaviours stick over time.

    Build capability to sustain change

    Closing the Strategy-To-People Gap

The Economic Modernisation Vision depends on workforce change, not only capital and technology. Certified change leaders translate ambitious strategy into everyday adoption.

    General

Is the Change Management certification worth it in Jordan?

Yes. As banks, telecom operators and government bodies run large digital transformation and modernisation programmes, employers increasingly value professionals who can lead change adoption. Change manager and transformation roles in Jordan command strong salary bands, and certified change talent is still scarce, which makes the credential a valuable career move.

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

It is a two-level credential covering the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change concepts and models, while Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to realistic scenarios. It is grounded in the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) from the Change Management Institute.

Who should take this change management course?

It suits project and programme managers, HR and OD practitioners, transformation leads, consultants and senior sponsors of change. There are no formal prerequisites for Foundation, so it is open to professionals at any career stage who want to manage the people side of change.

Which change management models does the course cover?

The syllabus covers a broad range of models including ADKAR, Bridges' Transition Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model, McKinsey 7-S, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence and Cialdini's principles of influence, applied across five topic areas.

Is the credential recognised in Jordan and internationally?

Yes. The Change Management qualification is recognised in over 150 countries and is respected wherever organisational change is a professional discipline. In Jordan it is valued by banking, telecom, government and pharmaceutical employers driving transformation.

How is the Change Management Foundation exam structured?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 40 minutes. It is closed book, with a pass mark of 50 percent, meaning 25 correct answers out of 50. There are no formal prerequisites to sit it.

Which syllabus and standard are the exams based on?

The exams are based on the current Change Management Foundation and Practitioner exam syllabi and the Change Management Practitioner Guide, aligned to the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute.
