    Course Content

    What does the Fundamentals level cover?

    Fundamentals covers the P6 interface and enterprise project structure, activity creation and types, calendars, relationships and scheduling, the critical path and float, resource assignment, baselines, progress updating and basic reports across a 2-day, 16-hour programme.

    What does the Advanced level add?

    Advanced adds advanced scheduling options, resource and cost loading, cost accounts, earned value management, multiple baselines and Claim Digger, variance analysis, multi-project and portfolio management and custom reporting across a 3-day, 24-hour programme.

    Is the training hands-on?

    Yes. Both levels are delivered as live instructor-led training with hands-on P6 exercises throughout. You follow along in the software while the trainer demonstrates each feature, using realistic construction, engineering and capital-project scenarios.

    How long is each level of the training?

    The Fundamentals level runs for 2 days (16 hours) and the Advanced level for 3 days (24 hours). Both are available as full-day sessions or extended half-day formats to suit working schedules.

    Which edition of Primavera P6 does the training use?

    The training is based on Oracle Primavera P6, covering the P6 Professional desktop client and the P6 EPPM enterprise edition. You learn the workflows used across both so your skills transfer to whichever edition your organisation runs.
