What Is Driving Change Management Demand in Israel

    AI Rollouts Failing on Adoption

Israeli firms are deploying AI and automation fast, but many initiatives stall because employees are not brought along. Certified change managers close that adoption gap.

    Certification builds AI-change adoption skills

    Widespread Change Fatigue

Constant restructuring and new tools have left many Israeli teams fatigued and resistant. Practitioners who manage transitions humanely keep change initiatives on track.

    Certification builds transition-management skills

Digital Change in Banking and Government

Banks and public bodies are running major digital transformation programmes that reshape roles and processes, creating strong demand for structured change management.

    Certification builds structured change capability

    Shortage of Certified Change Talent

Israel has a deep pool of project managers but far fewer credentialed change professionals, making Foundation and Practitioner holders stand out to employers.

Certification makes change leaders stand out

    Mergers, Scale-Ups and Restructuring

Rapid growth, acquisitions and cost discipline in the tech sector drive constant organisational change that needs planned communication and stakeholder engagement.

Certification builds engagement and planning skills

    Value Lost to Poor Adoption

Boards fund transformation but lose the benefits when adoption is weak. Organisations now hire change practitioners to protect the return on those investments.

    Certification builds benefits-realisation skills

What is the format of the Foundation exam?

What is the format of the Practitioner exam?

The Practitioner exam is open book, using the Change Management Practitioner Guide. It has 5 scenario-based sections worth 16 marks each, 80 marks in total, over 2.5 hours. The pass mark is 50%, meaning 40 out of 80 marks.

What are the prerequisites for the Practitioner exam?

You must hold the Change Management Foundation certification, or an accepted equivalent, before sitting the Practitioner exam. The combined programme is designed to be taken sequentially, Foundation first and then Practitioner.

    How are the exams delivered?

Both exams can be taken through online proctoring or at an authorised test centre. The Foundation exam is usually taken at the end of the Foundation training and the Practitioner exam at the end of the Practitioner training.
