    What is the format of the two BA exams?

    Both are closed-book, multiple-choice exams. The Foundation exam uses single-answer questions across 14 topic areas, while the Practitioner exam uses scenario-based questions across 7 topic areas that test how you apply techniques.

    How many questions are there and how long is each exam?

    Each exam has 40 questions and lasts 60 minutes. You sit two separate exams, one for Foundation and one for Practitioner, and must pass both to hold both credentials.

    What is the passing score?

    The passing score is 65% for each exam, which is 26 out of 40 questions correct. The same threshold applies to both the Foundation and Practitioner levels.

    Where can I take the exams?

    You can take both exams online through EXIN's proctored exam system or at an accredited testing location. They are usually arranged through the training provider as part of the combined programme.

    What happens if I do not pass on the first attempt?
