How long is the PfMP valid and how is it renewed?

PfMP is valid for three years. You maintain it by earning 60 PDUs across the PMI Talent Triangle within each three-year continuing certification requirements cycle.

How much does PfMP training cost in Croatia?

What is included in the PfMP course fee?

The training fee typically includes PMI-aligned courseware, practice questions, mock exams, exam simulator access, downloadable templates, application and panel-review support, learner support, and a course completion certificate with contact hours.

Is the exam fee included in the training price?

No. PMI bills the PfMP exam fee separately in USD. For reference it is around USD 800 for members and USD 1,000 for non-members; confirm current fees on pmi.org before you apply.

What is the format of the PfMP exam?

The PfMP exam is a closed-book, multiple-choice examination based on the PfMP Examination Content Outline and the Standard for Portfolio Management, fourth edition. It uses scenario and situational questions across five performance domains.

How many questions are on the PfMP exam and how long is it?

The exam has 170 questions and a four-hour (240-minute) time limit. It is delivered online proctored through Pearson VUE OnVUE or at a Pearson VUE test centre.

What is the PfMP panel review?

The panel review is a multi-rater assessment unique to PfMP. A panel of portfolio management practitioners evaluates your documented experience. You must pass both the panel review and the written exam to earn the credential.

What is the passing score for the PfMP exam?

PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. Your result is determined through psychometric analysis of the scored questions, so focus on broad mastery across all five domains.

What happens if I do not pass the exam?

PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. Re-examination fees apply to the second and third attempts. Our mock exams and prep are designed to help you pass first time.

What topics does the PfMP training cover?

The training covers the five PfMP performance domains: Strategic Alignment (25%), Governance (20%), Portfolio Performance (25%), Portfolio Risk Management (14%) and Communications Management (16%), plus the application and exam strategy.

Can I take this training without senior experience?

Anyone can attend the training to build portfolio knowledge. To sit the PfMP exam, however, PMI requires substantial business and portfolio management experience, so the course best suits experienced professionals.

What learning resources and materials are provided?

You receive PMI-aligned courseware, references to the PfMP Examination Content Outline and Handbook, an overview of the Standard for Portfolio Management, templates, flashcards and chapter-wise quizzes.

Are practice tests and mock exams included?

Yes. The programme includes practice questions, full-length mock exams, an exam simulator and topic-wise quizzes to help you identify weak areas and build exam readiness.

Is the courseware aligned with the latest PfMP syllabus?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to PMI's Standard for Portfolio Management, 4th Edition, and the current PfMP Examination Content Outline.

What are the eligibility requirements for the PfMP exam?

PMI requires 120 months (10 years) of business experience within the last 15 years, plus portfolio management experience of 84, 48 or 36 months depending on your education, and a subject-matter-expert panel review.

How do I enrol in the PfMP course?
