    What will I learn in BPM training?

    You will learn to map processes with BPMN 2.0, analyse them for waste and bottlenecks, redesign them using proven principles, measure performance with process KPIs, and run the full BPM lifecycle. The course also covers automation, BPMS and continuous improvement.

    What is the BPM lifecycle?

    The BPM lifecycle is the structured, ongoing approach to managing processes across six phases: identify, model, analyse, design, implement, and monitor or optimise. The course teaches each phase with practical exercises so you can run it in your own organisation.

    Will I learn BPMN 2.0 process modelling?

    Yes. BPMN 2.0 modelling is a core part of the course. You practise turning process descriptions into swimlane diagrams using events, activities, gateways and pools. BPMN 2.0 is the international standard published as ISO/IEC 19510.

    How long is the BPM training?

    The training runs for one day, totalling eight hours. It covers all six modules, from BPM foundations and the lifecycle through BPMN 2.0 modelling, process analysis, redesign and governance, to BPM technology and continuous improvement, with exercises throughout.
