Prioritise risks using a probability and impact matrix, then apply quantitative techniques such as Monte Carlo simulation, decision tree analysis, sensitivity analysis and expected monetary value to model their effect on cost and schedule.

    Risk Response Planning

Develop response strategies for threats (avoid, transfer, mitigate, accept) and opportunities (exploit, share, enhance, accept). Assign response owners, set triggers and contingency plans, and fold reserves into the project baselines.

    Monitoring and Closing Risks

Track identified, residual and secondary risks against their triggers, run periodic risk reviews, report on overall risk exposure, and formally close risks while capturing lessons learned for future projects.

Risk Across Predictive, Agile and Hybrid Projects

Apply risk management in every delivery environment, reflecting the updated exam content outline. Learn how identification, analysis and response adapt across predictive, agile and hybrid approaches used in Cyprus organisations.
