Market Forces Driving Change Management Demand in Cyprus

    Adoption Gap on Digital Programmes

Cyprus banks, fintechs and public bodies invest heavily in new systems, yet many programmes stall because people do not adopt the change. Certified change professionals are hired to close that gap.

Foundation and Practitioner build adoption skills

    AI Disruption Reshaping Roles

With around 92 per cent of IT jobs expected to be affected by AI, roles and workflows are shifting fast. Organisations need people who can manage the human response to constant change.

    Regulatory and Banking Change

Cyprus banks and CySEC-regulated firms face continuous regulatory and structural change. Managing stakeholders and communication through these shifts is exactly what change practitioners are trained to do.

The pathway builds stakeholder engagement skills

    Change Talent Scarcity

Cyprus has a deep pool of project managers but far fewer credentialed change professionals. A recognised change qualification makes holders rare and sought-after in a competitive market.

The Change Skills You Will BuildAcross Both Foundation and Practitioner Levels

Lead the People Side of Change

Understand how individuals experience change and apply models such as ADKAR and Bridges' Transition Model to move people from awareness through to reinforcement, diagnosing where change stalls and how to unblock it.

    Apply Organisational Change Models

Select and apply Lewin's Three-Step Model, Kotter's 8-Step Model and the McKinsey 7-S Framework to real scenarios, and read organisational culture as an enabler or barrier to change.

    Engage Stakeholders and Communicate Change

Map stakeholders with power and interest tools, build targeted engagement strategies, and design change communication plans that address resistance, rumour and uncertainty.

    Plan and Deliver Change Interventions

Run change impact assessments, build a full change management plan covering communication, training and resistance, and use techniques that embed and sustain change after go-live.

    Build Personal and Professional Practice

Apply emotional intelligence, coaching and facilitation skills, manage ethics and your own resilience, and develop as a reflective change practitioner aligned to the CMBoK.

    Pass Both Exams with Confidence

Prepare for the closed-book Foundation exam and the open-book, scenario-based Practitioner exam with practice questions, mock exams and guided open-book technique.

How many exams are there and in what order?

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

The Change Management Practitioner Guide is permitted during the exam. However, the scenario-based questions require analysis and judgement, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential, and our training builds both.

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

You can resit the relevant exam. Our training includes mock exams, practice questions and open-book technique to help you prepare thoroughly. Speak with our team about resit arrangements and any support included in your plan.

No. Foundation has no formal prerequisites, so beginners and experienced professionals alike can start. The Practitioner level then builds applied skill, and the training is structured to take you from concepts to confident application.

    How long is the training?

The combined Foundation and Practitioner programme is delivered as around 40 hours of instructor-led learning. The number of days depends on the schedule format, such as intensive full-day or extended part-day delivery.

Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?
