    Yes. The Yellow Belt is designed for beginners and has no prerequisites. The training builds your knowledge step by step from the Define phase through to Control, with practical examples throughout.

    What topics does the Yellow Belt training cover?

    The course covers all five DMAIC phases at a foundational level, plus core Lean concepts. You learn problem definition, process mapping and measurement, root-cause analysis, basic improvement and control, and how to support project teams.

    What Lean tools will I learn?

    You build awareness of the seven wastes, 5S, value stream mapping, Kanban and Poka-Yoke (mistake proofing), along with Six Sigma metrics such as DPU, DPMO, FTY, RTY and cycle time.

    How long is the training and in what format?

    The training runs to about 16 hours, delivered as full-day or extended half-day sessions. You can choose live online, classroom or corporate group formats to fit your schedule.
