    Assessment

    How is learning assessed during the training?

    There is no formal test. Learning is reinforced through hands-on BPMN 2.0 modelling exercises, process analysis and redesign workshops, and group discussion throughout the programme, so you practise the techniques as you learn them.

    What do I receive after completing the training?

    You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning. This is a non-certification course, so no external credential is awarded, but you leave with practical BPM and BPMN 2.0 skills you can apply straight away.

    Is this a hands-on or theory-only course?

    It is highly hands-on. You model processes from real descriptions, run structured analysis to find waste, and apply redesign principles in workshops. Concept explanations are paired with practical exercises across the day.

    Course Content

    What will I learn in the BPM training?

    You learn the full BPM lifecycle: process identification, BPMN 2.0 modelling, process analysis and performance measurement, process design and governance, and BPM technology and automation. Hands-on modelling and analysis exercises run throughout.

    Does the course cover BPMN 2.0 process modelling?

    Yes. BPMN 2.0 is central to the course. You learn its core elements, including events, gateways, tasks, pools and swimlanes, and practise building as-is and to-be process models that stakeholders across the business can read.

    How long is the BPM training?

    The programme runs for one day, around eight hours, and covers all six modules from BPM foundations through modelling, analysis, design, governance and automation. It is available in live virtual, classroom and corporate onsite formats.

    Are practical exercises included?

    Yes. The day includes BPMN 2.0 modelling from verbal process descriptions, process analysis and waste identification, and redesign activities that apply the design principles, so you build capability by doing, not just listening.

    Does the course cover automation and RPA?

    Yes. The final module covers BPM technology, including BPMS and workflow automation, and how RPA fits within the BPM lifecycle. You learn why sound process design must come before automation for it to deliver real results.
