What does the Advanced level add?

Advanced adds custom workflow design, permission, notification, screen and field configuration schemes, custom fields, advanced JQL, dashboards, Jira automation, integrations with Confluence, Bitbucket, GitHub and CI/CD tools, and Jira administration.

What is JQL and will I learn it?

JQL (Jira Query Language) is Jira's structured search language for finding issues precisely. Yes, you learn it: Fundamentals covers filters and basic JQL, while Advanced covers ORDER BY, time-based functions and the CHANGED and WAS operators.

Are there hands-on Jira exercises?

Yes. Both levels are built around live, hands-on exercises. You work in a Jira environment throughout, applying each feature to realistic Agile software delivery and project scenarios so the skills transfer straight to work.

Which version of Jira does the training use?
