Entry pay capped, with little to differentiate you in the market

    After CAPM

Project coordinator roles in Sydney average around A$82,500, with room to grow

Screened out of roles that list a PM credential as preferred

    After CAPM

Eligible for coordinator, officer and PMO analyst roles across the city

    Today

Confident in tasks, but missing the fundamentals employers test for

    After CAPM

Grounded in PMI fundamentals across predictive, agile and hybrid delivery

    You earn your CAPM

    Before

Project knowledge picked up informally, with nothing to prove it

    Now you have

A recognised PMI credential that validates your project fundamentals

    Before

Overlooked for project roles that ask for a formal qualification

    Now you have

A clear route into project coordinator and project officer roles

    Before

Unsure how predictive, agile and hybrid delivery fit together

    Now you have

Working fluency in the predictive, agile and hybrid approaches employers use

    Before

Local recognition only, hard to carry between roles

    Now you have

A globally recognised credential that travels across sectors and employers
