    Will I learn Six Sigma tools in detail?

    You gain an awareness-level introduction to tools such as SIPOC, fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts and control charts. The aim is to understand what each tool does during a project, not to use them at practitioner depth.

    What is the Six Sigma goal of 3.4 DPMO?

    The Six Sigma target is fewer than 3.4 defects per million opportunities, a level of near-perfect quality. The course explains DPMO and sigma levels so you understand how process performance is measured.
