    Is there an exam for BPM training?

    No. This is a non-certification skills course with no examination. Learning is reinforced through hands-on BPMN 2.0 modelling exercises, process analysis workshops and group discussion during the one-day programme.

    Do I receive a certificate after the training?

    Yes. You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning after finishing the programme. This is a record of completion rather than a formal certification, as BPM has no external awarding body.

    How is learning checked during the course?

    What will I learn in the BPM training?

    You will learn to model processes with BPMN 2.0, run the full BPM lifecycle, analyse processes to find waste, measure performance with KPIs, redesign and govern processes, and understand how automation and RPA support continuous improvement.

    Does the course include hands-on BPMN 2.0 modelling?

    Yes. You practise drawing BPMN 2.0 swimlane diagrams from real process descriptions, using events, activities, gateways and sequence flows. Modelling exercises run throughout the day alongside analysis and redesign workshops.

    What is the BPM lifecycle covered in the course?

    The course covers the six phases of the BPM lifecycle: identify, model, analyse, design, implement, and monitor or optimise. You learn to manage a process as an ongoing cycle of improvement rather than a one-time project.

    Does the training cover automation and RPA?

    Yes, at a practical level. The course explains how BPMS workflow platforms and robotic process automation (RPA) fit within BPM, how process models guide automation, and why you cannot automate a broken or undocumented process.
