    What is the format of the PfMP exam?

    The PfMP exam is a closed-book, computer-based, multiple-choice examination based on the PfMP Examination Content Outline and the Standard for Portfolio Management, 4th Edition. It uses scenario-based questions across the five performance domains.

    How many questions are on the PfMP exam and how long is it?

    The exam has 170 questions and an allotted time of four hours. Questions are distributed across five domains: Strategic Alignment (25%), Governance (20%), Portfolio Performance (25%), Portfolio Risk Management (14%) and Communications Management (16%).

    What is the passing score for the PfMP exam?

    PMI does not publish a fixed percentage pass mark. The result is set through psychometric analysis and reported as pass or fail with domain-level feedback, so focus on broad mastery across all five domains.

    What is the PfMP panel review?

    The panel review is a multi-rater assessment unique to PfMP, in which portfolio management practitioners evaluate your documented experience and competency. It is mandatory alongside the written exam, and both must be passed to earn the credential.

    What happens if I do not pass, can I retake it?

    Yes. PMI allows up to three attempts within your one-year eligibility period. Reexamination fees apply to the second and third attempts, and our prep support helps you strengthen weak domains before you sit again.

    Where can I take the PfMP exam in Slovenia?

    You can sit the exam via Pearson VUE OnVUE online proctoring from home or office, or at a Pearson VUE test centre. Schedule it within your one-year eligibility window after your application is approved.

    What training formats are available in Slovenia?
