    General

What is the Change Management Foundation and Practitioner certification?

CM-F&P is a two-level qualification for managing the people and culture side of organisational change. Foundation validates your knowledge of change concepts and models, while Practitioner validates your ability to apply them to real organisational scenarios. It is aligned to the CMBoK and recognised internationally.

Is the Change Management certification worth it in Sweden?

Yes. Certified change professionals are in demand as Swedish employers pursue digital transformation, the green transition and public sector reform. Change Manager roles average around kr 720,000 a year, with senior roles reaching well beyond, and the credential travels across sectors and borders.

It suits project managers, HR and OD practitioners, consultants, programme managers and leaders who want to lead change effectively. There are no formal prerequisites for Foundation, so it is open to professionals at any career stage.

Which change management models does the course cover?

The syllabus covers a broad range of models, including ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Model, Lewin's Three-Step Model, Bridges' Transition Model, the McKinsey 7-S Framework, Schein's culture model, Goleman's emotional intelligence model and Cialdini's principles of influence.

    Is the qualification recognised internationally?

    Pricing

What is included in the CM-F&P course fee?

The fee typically includes instructor-led training, CMBoK-aligned courseware, case studies, mock exams and practice questions, and learner support. Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers are usually included; confirm current inclusions when you enrol. Request a quote for full details.

How much does Change Management training cost in Sweden?

Pricing varies by format and delivery mode, so the fee is available on request. Live virtual, classroom and corporate options are quoted separately. Talk to a learning advisor for a tailored quote for Sweden.

Are the exam fees included in the training price?

The combined training is usually purchased as a package that includes both the Foundation and Practitioner exam vouchers. Because inclusions can vary by channel, confirm whether the exam fees are bundled when you enrol.

Do you offer corporate or group discounts?

Yes. We offer corporate group training with customised schedules and volume-based pricing for change, PMO and HR teams. Contact us for a group quote for your organisation.

    What payment options are available?

We accept major cards and bank transfers, with instalment options on selected plans. Speak with a learning advisor to choose the option that suits you.

    Exam

What if I do not pass an exam on the first attempt?

Our training is built to prepare you to pass both exams, with mock exams, practice questions and exam technique for the open-book Practitioner paper. Retake policies vary by plan, and selected packages include a retake option; ask a learning advisor for the details that apply to you.

How is the Foundation exam structured?

The Foundation exam has 50 multiple-choice questions with a single answer each, a 40-minute duration and a closed-book format. The pass mark is 50%, or 25 out of 50 correct. There are no formal prerequisites to sit it.

How is the Practitioner exam structured?

The Practitioner exam has 5 scenario-based sections, each worth 16 marks, for 80 marks in total. You have 2.5 hours, and it is open book with the Change Management Practitioner Guide permitted. The pass mark is 50%, or 40 out of 80 marks.

What does open book mean for the Practitioner exam?

You may use the Change Management Practitioner Guide during the exam. However, the scenario sections require analysis and judgment, so you cannot simply look up answers. Efficient guide navigation and deep method knowledge are both essential.

What are the prerequisites for each exam?

Foundation has no prerequisites and is open to all. The Practitioner exam requires the Change Management Foundation certification, or an accepted equivalent. The combined programme is designed to be taken sequentially, Foundation first, then Practitioner.

    Course Content

Can a beginner take this course?

Yes. Foundation has no formal prerequisites and starts from core concepts, so professionals new to change management can take it. The Practitioner level then builds your ability to apply the models to real scenarios.

What topics are covered in the training?

The training covers the five syllabus areas: Change and the Individual, Change and the Organization, Communication and Stakeholder Engagement, Change Practice, and Personal and Professional Management, at Foundation and Practitioner level.

How long is the training and what is the format?

Invensis Learning delivers the combined programme as 40 hours of instructor-led training, typically over five days, with Foundation covered first and Practitioner after. It is available in live virtual, classroom and corporate formats.

    What learning materials are provided?

You receive CMBoK-aligned courseware, industry case studies, mock exams and practice questions for both levels, and open-book exam technique for the Practitioner paper. Materials support both knowledge building and applied practice.

Is the courseware aligned to the current syllabus?

Yes. The courseware is aligned to the official Change Management Foundation and Practitioner syllabi, the current Change Management Practitioner Guide and the Change Management Body of Knowledge (CMBoK) maintained by the Change Management Institute.

How soon can I start and how do I enrol?

You can enrol through the Invensis Learning website. Choose your format, complete payment, and you will receive access to schedules, courseware and resources. See upcoming batches or talk to a learning advisor to get started in Sweden.

What training formats are available in Sweden?

We offer online (live virtual) instructor-led training, classroom training and customised corporate group training, so you can choose the format that fits your schedule and learning style.

Do you offer online training in Sweden?
