    Is there an exam for BPM training?

    No. This is a non-certification skills course with no examination. Learning is reinforced through hands-on BPMN modelling exercises, process analysis workshops and group discussion during the programme.

    Do I receive a certificate after the training?

    Yes. You receive a course completion certificate from Invensis Learning after completing the one-day programme. The training builds practical BPM skills you can apply immediately; it does not award an external credential.

    How is my learning assessed during the course?

    There is no formal assessment. Instead, you apply BPM techniques throughout the day through process modelling exercises, analysis and redesign workshops and team activities, so you practise the skills as you learn them.

    Does this training expire or need renewal?

    No. Because there is no certification to maintain, nothing expires and no renewal is required. The BPM and BPMN 2.0 skills you gain remain useful and can be applied to any process at any time.

    What topics does the BPM training cover?

    The course covers six modules: BPM foundations, the BPM lifecycle, BPMN 2.0 process modelling, process analysis and performance measurement, process design, redesign and governance, and BPM technology, automation and continuous improvement.

    What is the BPM lifecycle?

    The BPM lifecycle is a continuous cycle of six phases: identify, model, analyse, design, implement and monitor or optimise. The training walks you through each phase so you can manage processes end to end rather than as one-off projects.

    Will I learn BPMN 2.0 process modelling?

    Yes. You learn core BPMN 2.0 elements, including events, tasks, gateways, sequence and message flows, pools and swimlanes, and practise turning a verbal process description into a clear, validated diagram.

    Are there hands-on exercises?

    Yes. The programme is exercise-led. You model processes from descriptions, analyse them to identify waste and improvement opportunities, and apply redesign principles in workshops rather than only listening to theory.
